How do I place an order?

Please set up your own personal account if you are new to Fathom Company. You may then begin shopping by finding an item you are interested in and then simply clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. You can add items to your cart by following the same process. When you are ready to checkout, in the upper right hand corner of the website you will find your "shopping cart." Click here and our website will walk you through the process to complete your order. Once complete you will receive an order confirmation number, this is also your actual order number!

What payment Methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

How do I use coupon codes?

When you first add your item(s) to your cart there will be a box where you can enter your coupon code before you complete the check out process and place your order.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer a Freight Estimator in the check out process.

How quickly do you ship orders? Our orders usually leave the warehouse within 24 hours from when we receive your order. If you requested expedited shipping and your order is received into our system before 12pm (EST) your order will ship that same day.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes we do! We will ship to APO addresses. Please be aware we cannot offer tracking on these orders as it is not available to us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do but it will require international shipping charges.

What is your return policy?

Fathom Company accepts items being returned within 30 days from the date of sale. Items being returned must be in new unused condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached We will gladly credit the original credit card or PayPal account for items returned in new, unused condition subject to a 20% re-stocking fee


Fathom Company does not offer exchanges. Please complete the return process and then place a new order for the product(s) you would like.

Misship or Incorrect Shipments:

If you receive an incorrect shipment, a shipment that is not yours or a shipment that is damaged or incomplete please contact us directly immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refusal of Shipments: If you refuse a shipment from the shipping carrier you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the package.

How can I change my order after it has been placed?

In an event when you want to make changes to your order, please send an email with your confirmation number and we can help you update your order.
